Production Operator

About this role

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and follow Safety Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).
• Ensure product quality and complete production records accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to the 6S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety).
• Meet daily production targets and report any abnormalities promptly.
• Handle materials responsibly and support cost control initiatives.
• Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.

Requirements

• Vocational school diploma or equivalent.
• Good Finnish and English skills are required, other language skills considered to be an asset. Our company language is English.
• At least 1-2 years of experience from a similar role within process operations.
• Ability to follow instructions and quality procedures carefully.
• Responsible, safety-minded, and detail-oriented.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• The job tasks in this position correspond to the TVL level of 1 and 2 under the Chemical industry’s collective agreement (Kemian perusteollisuuden työehtosopimus).
