Senior Reporting Specialist
to join our
Finance Team
within the Close & Control Hub in Poznan. This role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of reporting across GSK while gaining exposure to a dynamic and global biopharma environment.
As a Senior Reporting Specialist, you will work closely with a variety of stakeholders across the organization, including finance directors and cross-functional teams. By providing accurate and timely financial reporting, you will play a critical role in influencing key decision-making processes and contributing to the overall success of the business. Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Regional Finance Director and Regional Controller on
- month-end closings
- for Above Country markets to understand key business drivers and performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Support the Regional Finance Director and senior stakeholders in managing cost centers.
- Prepare and review journals, financial analyses, and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting in line with
- IFRS guidelines.
- Support
- analytical reviews
- of the Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
- Support regional
- internal controls,
- including data collection, consolidation, and documentation.
- Monitor and review close activities performed by the
- Centre of Excellence
- (outsourced service provider).
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree
- or
- professional qualification
- in Accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), or
- equivalent work experience
- .
- 2 years of experience
- in financial reporting or audit.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of
- MS Excel.
- Communicative written and spoken English.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
- Preferred: Experience with
- SAP.

- This role is hybrid. You will be expected to work from our Poland office regularly and be available for in-person collaboration.
