Responsibilities
- As a Data Analyst – Customer Experience & Market Intelligence, you will play a key role in supporting both CX and MI teams by collecting, structuring, and analyzing data from multiple sources. You will contribute to building a strong data foundation and ensuring insights are accessible, clear, and actionable.
- Your starting point will be to, together with your colleagues at VFS and in the broad cross-functional network at the Volvo Group, take responsibilities in the following areas: • Collect, consolidate, and structure data from multiple sources (customer, operational, financial, and market data) • Support data extraction and analysis • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI • Develop structured analysis in Excel • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights • Support recurring reporting as well as ad hoc analysis requests • Translate data into clear visuals and presentations (PowerPoint) • Support CX team with analysis of customer metrics • Support MI team with data preparation and analysis for market and competitor insights • Ensure consistency, quality, and reliability of data used across te
