The Position

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive intern to join our Site Services team. This role will support various IT-related tasks (including hardware and software installation, device handovers for newcomers and leavers, handling ordered devices, and administrative tasks), Facility, and SHE tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, great problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage technical responsibilities efficiently.

The Opportunity

IT Support & Coordination:

Assist in setting up and configuring new workstations and IT equipment.

Handle corresponding administrative tasks

Help with smaller IT projects, such as software rollouts or system upgrades.

Update IT asset inventory and assist with inventory tasks.

Manage IT equipment handovers and returns for new hires and leavers.

Assist with physical tasks related to IT equipment deployment and recovery.

Provide support for new IT service projects and assist in event preparations.

Supporting AV equipment in meeting rooms

Supporting workstation equipment (monitor, docking station)

Operational & Facilities Support:.

Handling the tickets submitted to the SAM ticketing system

Supporting the annual inventory of Facility team

Weekly building inspection with Handyman team

Administration of home office equipment handover and return

Procurement & Administrative Tasks:

Administrative support related to car fleet management and vendor management

Safety, Health and Environment-related tasks:

Administrative support related to occupational health examination

Supporting business continuity documentation update process

Helping in inventory

Who you are

Currently

enrolled to a Hungarian University in a relevant field

(e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering etc.).

Ability to

work at least 20-30 hours/week

independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in troubleshooting Windows/macOS operating systems and common software applications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Flexibility to take on various tasks and contribute to different teams.
