Web Growth Manager

About this role

Responsibilities

• This is primarily a hands-on role. You will implement, build and optimize — working closely with country teams in Finland, Sweden, Spain and Italy who set commercial priorities. At the same time, you bring a genuine growth mindset to the whole web presence: improving conversion, SEO, usability and lead generation on your own initiative, without being asked. AI tools are a real part of how we expect you to work, not a future aspiration.
• You will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer.
• Build, maintain and continuously improve WordPress websites across four markets
• Own technical SEO across all markets
• Run CRO initiatives: analyze behavior data, form hypotheses, test and measure improvements to conversion rates
• Build and improve conversion points (pricing calculators, lead magnets, contact forms, landing pages) that turn visitors into leads
• Set up and maintain integrations between the website and other systems, primarily HubSpot
• Work with country teams to build campaign pages, localized content and market-specific features
• Use AI tools actively in your day-to-day work to move faster and work smarter
• Proactively identify and act on improvement opportunities across the web presence, without waiting to be asked
