Procurement Specialist

<p>We are now looking for a <strong>Procurement Specialist</strong> to join our small but effective <strong>Sourcing &amp; Procurement team</strong>. In this role, you will work closely with our current Procurement Specialists and the broader Sourcing team, as well as collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and timely delivery processes in an international and growing high‑tech environment. <strong>Interested? Keep reading!</strong></p><p>Your tasks will include executing daily purchasing activities and taking ownership of named categories and suppliers. You will be responsible for managing the supply chain from need to delivery, ensuring that orders are placed accurately and on time, and following up on open orders. In addition, you will monitor and respond to changing demand levels, interact actively with suppliers, and develop long-term supplier relationships. You will also participate in procurement development initiatives and proactively seek alternative solutions when needed.</p><p>We are looking for a professional with a relevant business or technical degree and several years of experience in sourcing and procurement. You have strong business insight, solid commercial understanding, and experience in total cost management. You are comfortable preparing and negotiating contracts and prices and value high quality and professionalism in your work. You are a team player with excellent communication skills and have fluent English and Finnish skills, both written and spoken. You also keep our Leadership Principles in mind and take responsibility for your work in a structured and proactive way.</p><p><span>We also appreciate experience from complex manufacturing environment and the ability to work independently and take initiative.
