Key responsibilities Provide exceptional support and advisory to customers over the phone, via messaging, and through chat.
Assist customers in identifying suitable financing solutions tailored to their goals, while driving sales and a winning culture.
Collaborate actively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Keep informed about financial products and services to offer the best advice.
