People Operations Partner (Payroll & Compensation)

Nice to meet you! I'm Milja Valentine, a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at LeadDesk. Together with Inka Laakso, our Head of People, we're looking for a People Operations Partner to join our People team in Helsinki.

In this role, you'll take ownership of how our payroll and compensation processes work in practice across multiple countries and entities. You'll be the link between our employees, managers, finance, and local external payroll partners, making sure everything runs accurately and smoothly, while continuously improving over time.

You'll join our collaborative and welcoming People team where you play a central role in making sure payroll and compensation work reliably and transparently in everyday life.
