We are now inviting applications for a Tenure Track-position in Industrial Management, especially in Strategic Project Management.
The position will be filled either as a fixed-term Assistant Professor or Associate Professor position within the Tenure track system, or as a permanent Professor position. The level is determined by the applicant's merits and career stage.
Job description and requirements
The field of activity is industrial management with a special focus on strategic project management. Position is located in the School of Technology and Innovations .
We are looking for a promising researcher with demonstrated research capabilities and high potential, with knowledge and skills particularly in the field of project business and project-based management. The candidate is expected to carry out outstanding research, acquire external research funding and teach in Strategic Project Management Master's Programme (in Seinäjoki). The research focus of the candidate is expected to fall under topics of strategic management of projects and project-based organizations. The research themes could include governance topics, collaborative aspects of projects, sustainability management, servitization, projectification of industries and topics under project business.
