Job Description
Our Product Verification team is looking for Summer Intern, Test Automation & AI, to support Verification and Validation by applying modern AI technologies to streamline test design and improve the quality and coverage of test assets.
The role focuses on using AI engines to automate test case creation, building prompt- and RAG-based agent workflows using existing data collected from test runs, and collaborating closely with experienced test engineers to validate and evolve test specifications, pass/fail criteria, and test cases.
The position is located at the u-blox engineering site in Tampere, Finland.
Your ResponsibilitiesHelp structure and analyze existing test data and historical test assets to improve understanding of current test coverage, overlaps, gaps, and inconsistencies
Use AI engines to automate and accelerate test case creation from requirements, specifications, and historical test assets
Design, iterate, and evaluate agent/LLM workflows (prompting + RAG) to deliver accurate, consistent answers and structured outputs based on existing data collected from test runs
Enable generation of test specifications, test procedures, and clear pass/fail criteria (e.g., templates or structured outputs) using AI-assisted tooling
Validate AI-generated test cases against existing cases and practices tog
