Your responsibilities

You will lead strategic development projects such as ERP transformation initiatives and IT integration in mergers and acquisitions

You will manage projects end to end, from planning and execution to deployment and business adoption

You will drive change management activities to ensure smooth transitions and sustainable outcomes

You will act as the link between business and IT, aligning scope, goals, timelines, and expected benefits

You will coordinate global stakeholders and ensure delivery on scope, schedule, quality, and budget

Expectations for you

You have proven experience in IT and business transformation projects or program management

You have strong knowledge of ERP related change management

You have experience working with industrial or manufacturing environments

You have excellent communication skills and can engage both business and technical stakeholders

You have a relevant degree and are fluent in English
