About our team

Welcome to the Local Systems Capability Team in Sweden. You will join a great team of professionals and experienced Scrum Masters and IT Developers. We are working in versatile assignments across Local System Technology. Most of our deliveries are organized according to SAFe and agile methodology.

About this opportunity

We are responsible for the existing core systems in Nordea Technology organisation. We add value by delivering stable core services for all of Nordea and thus enabling among others digital banking services. Expert Scrum Master will be working with one or two teams depending on their maturity, complexity and size. You will contribute to raising agile maturity in Local Systems Sweden by growing cross-functional, self-organized, empowered teams that deliver cust
