About the Role As a Merchant Operations Associate (part-time), you’ll handle more complex merchant cases escalated from Support and internal teams. These can include topics like ownership changes, contracts, payments, or offboarding. You’ll investigate each case, speak with merchants when needed, and make clear decisions that balance merchant experience with Wolt’s policies. You’ll also work closely with other teams to find the right solutions. This role suits someone with a few years of experience who is confident handling complex issues and difficult conversations. What you’ll be doing Handle and resolve complex merchant cases Investigate issues using data, systems, and internal notes Contact merchants when needed to clarify situations Make clear, well-documented decisions Work with teams like Finance, Sales, and Support Identify process improvements and recurring issues Help improve workflows and ways of working Our humble expectations A few years of experience in support or similar roles Experience handling complex or sensitive cases Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Comfortable working with systems and data Clear and confident communication skills Fluent in Danish and English
