Responsibilities

  • In this global role, you will drive the sales performance of Traction Motors within key market segments such as Railway, Mobile e-Power and Marine. You will play a central role in shaping sales strategies, setting targets, negotiating sales budgets, and ensuring strong market positioning.
  • You will work closely with and coach global and local sales teams, supporting them throughout the entire sales process – from strategy and solution design to negotiation, order intake and post-sales follow-up. Reporting directly to the Division Head of Sales, you will act as a key interface between product management, marketing and the sales organization worldwide
  • This role is open globally, but location is set in Europe, with preference for Spain, Poland, Italy, Germany, Sweden and France. The work model is hybrid #LI-hybrid.
  • Your responsibilities
  • Lead and support the global and local sales organization to achieve volume, mix and profitability targets
  • Participate in sales strategy discussions and define short- and long-term sales plans together with regional sales teams
  • Analyze customer needs, market trends and competitor offerings to strengthen ABB’s value proposition
