Software Engineer - Java/AWS/Go/Python

The team
The team's culture is based on collaboration and ownership. Instead of spoon-feeding individual team members with tasks, the team commits to delivering bigger user stories. User story breakdown and refinement are done collaboratively, on demand.

Prefers to be in the office. Minimum 3-4 days/week during onboarding. 2-3 days/week is OK later on.
Collaboration: Enjoy and want to do mob programming and task collaboration.

Requirements
- Go and Python
- Java
- AWS
- DevOps knowledge and a drive to work on monitoring, closing vulnerabilities, risk work etc.
- ISL + sometimes On-call: Mandatory
- Observability
- Stakeholder or Customer Interaction
- OEM Integration Support
- Experience working with legacy systems and refactoring (Java)
- This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso. Start is 24th May 2026 - 23rd May 2027, a one-year limited contract to begin with, with the possibility of extension after that. This role is 75% onsite in Gothenburg
