About the role:
Join GSK’s Oncology/Hematology team to build long-term, high-impact partnerships with leading hospitals and specialist centres. You will lead strategic account plans that improve patient access, influence treatment pathways and drive measurable commercial growth for our products — working closely with clinical, market access and policy colleagues.
What you’ll do :
Own growth and KPI delivery across assigned strategic accounts through targeted account plans and high-quality stakeholder engagement.
Present scientific value and evidence-based messaging to multidisciplinary teams (physicians, nurses, hospital executives) via in-person and omnichannel engagement.
Build cross-functional account strategies using customer and patient pathway insights; identify barriers and design practical solutions to improve access and adherence.
Lead collaborative initiatives with internal teams (medical affairs, access, commercial) to tailor local solutions that deliver value for patients, HCPs and GSK.
Capture and share field insights to shape regional tactics and educational needs; support implementation of the national product strategy.
Ensure all activities comply with GSK’s ethical, legal and regulatory standards.
What we’re looking for:
Must-haves:
Degree or equivalent scientific/clinical background enabling high-level clinical discussions with specialists.
Minimum 5 years’ commercial experience in pharma, including experience in key account or specialty/biologic sales (oncology/hematology experience strongly preferred).
Proven ability to navigate complex hospital and clinical environments and influence at multiple stakeholder levels.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office; valid driver’s licence and ability to travel.
Nice to haves :
2+ years specifically in hematology/oncology sales or specialty care.
Experience developing multidisciplinary account programs or hospital-based access initiatives.
Product launch experience.
What we offer :
A meaningful role with direct impact on patient outcomes and long-term disease management.
Competitive compensation and benefits package, continuous training and development.
Supportive, cross-functional team and clear career progression opportunities.
Flexible/hybrid work arrangements to balance field time and planning.
