• Reporting to: Director, Enterprise Architecture
• Job role and purpose:
• The TechLead will play a crucial role in managing the technical delivery of projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring the overall quality, delivery,performanceand ownershipofthe deliveryofITsolutions.Youwillwork closely with stakeholders, including software engineers, project managers, andbusiness/productowners, toensuredelivery and timetables. The Tech Lead helps stakeholders to define "what" part in detail and turns that into "how" it is delivered together with other IT stakeholders. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that all requirements are well documented, ticketed and prioritized for the development team(s).
• At 3stepIT, Tech Lead also acts as a technical owner for named solution(s), such as ERP, AssetIQ, CRM, ServiceNow, Finance, etc. systems. You understand the big picture of all 3stepIT products, and services, and the named solution(s) on a detailed functional & architecture level. This role requires occasional travel based on business needs.
