About the Assignment You will take ownership of regional D2C e-commerce performance in a global sales organisation that is strengthening its digital commerce capabilities. The team is responsible for both direct online sales and the development of the online dealer business, so you will work at the intersection of commercial strategy, digital trading, campaigns and customer experience. This is a hands-on role where you use data, platform knowledge and commercial insight to improve sales, margin and the full omnichannel journey. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across digital, marketing, customer service and the wider sales organisation. Job DescriptionYou drive the commercial performance of regional D2C e-commerce activities and ensure strong local execution. You develop and implement a digital trading strategy aligned with the wider group strategy and commercial plans. You manage range and demand planning for your markets and optimise inventory to maximise sell-through and yield. You follow up on weekly and monthly performance across sales, margin, cost and web metrics such as sessions, CR and AOV. You set up campaigns and promotions in relevant platforms, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Sitecore, STEP and ERP systems. You work closely with the Performance Marketing team to create and improve digital campaigns that drive sales performance. You use data to build a deep understanding of customer pain points and shape a stronger omnichannel experience. You support Customer Services with second-line queries when needed. RequirementsYou
