As a Product Manager – Customer Data, Reporting & Insights Platform, you will operate as a platform and enablement PM, working across product lines, data platform teams, and engineering. Your primary focus will be establishing the core reporting and data access foundation — spanning UI, APIs, and other relevant ways to share data exports — enabling product teams to expose data and insights in a scalable, standardized way.
This is an individual contributor role, reporting into product leadership, with broad impact across multiple global teams.
What You’ll Do
Own and deliver foundational reporting and data access capabilities, including dashboards, APIs, and exports, built on Sinch’s global cloud-based data platform
Define consistent patterns and standards for metrics, data models, APIs, and access control to ensure a unified customer experience across products
Enable product teams to contribute their data and insights by defining clear onboarding paths, shared contracts, and reusable platform capabilities
Support diverse customer data needs, from ready made reporting and insights to raw data access and integrations into customer data platforms
Collaborate closely with analytics, data, and insights teams to evolve the platform from reporting toward insights, alerts, and intelligent automation
Drive cross-functional alignment across product lines, data platform teams, and engineering on priorities, ownership, and execution
Own the roadmap and execution, balancing speed of delivery with long-term scalability and platform evolution
