Over the past 7 years, we have built a network of over 1500 people, some 150 partner companies and delivered over 350 outcomes to various clients, and these are just the initial steps toward our mission.

Overview

We are looking to grow our existing team permanently, whilst also (temporarily) substituting for a colleague going on parental leave. During the leave cover, your main responsibilities will be to look after our extensive network by means of expansion, engagement and talent communication as well as supporting our sales team with project matching. Beyond the maternity cover, your role will shift into a more sales focused one where you can continue to apply your outstanding communication skills and draw from knowledge gathered in the talent team to actively grow our business.

About the role

What you’ll mainly do is:

Be an integral part of our talent on-boarding process and managing our existing network

Take ownership of sales support activities such as matching talents with suitable opportunities

Raise awareness among clients and developers by supporting our marketing team

Maintain a high level of personalised professional communication with talents going through any process with us

About Thriv Oy

To succeed in this position, you’ll have: 3+ years of experience in talent or sales related roles within the IT industry in Finland - this can be from a product company or consulting for instance Strong sense of ownership, organisational skill and attention to detail are crucial -
