<h4>Junior TA Partner (Parental leave cover)</h4><p><span>The team you build is the company you build. Quinyx is now looking for a junior TA Partner to come build the global team that will forever change workforce management while one of our current recruiters is currently building her own team (aka family!). This is a full time, fixed-term position, from August 2026 to November 2027.</span></p><h5><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-def56ae4-7fff-ce13-2a4a-caecfaf0da8c">🎯 About the role</strong></span></h5><p><span>As a junior TA Partner at Quinyx, you'll be joining a small but mighty People team, reporting directly to the VP of People and working alongside one fellow TA Partner. Your remit is broad and your impact will be real: you'll own full-cycle recruitment across 9 international markets, partnering with hiring managers at every level - from first-time people managers to seasoned senior leaders.</span></p><p><span>This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit back and process inbound applications. If that excites you, read on.</span></p><h5><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-def56ae4-7fff-ce13-2a4a-caecfaf0da8c">📝 What you'll do</strong></span></h5><ul><li><p><span>Own the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end across multiple roles and markets simultaneously — from intake call to signed offer</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines across 9 markets</span></p></li><li><p><span>Bring structure and rigour to how we hire: use data, evidence and best practice to make great decisions and continuously improve our processes</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribute to building the TA function itself — help shape frameworks, tools and ways of working as we scale</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure every candidate gets a great experience, regardless of outcome</span></p></li></ul><h5><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-def56ae4-7fff-ce13-2a4a-caecfaf0da8c">✅ What we're looking for</strong></span></h5><ul><li><p><span>Some experience within recruitment, ideally in tech and SaaS</span></p></li><li><p><span>Some experience within sourcing — you can find and engage people who aren't actively looking</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent stakeholder management skills — you build trust fast, and adapt your style to your audience</span></p></li><li><p><span>A structured, evidence-based mindset — you use data to drive decisions and hold yourself to a high bar</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluency in English (additional languages are a real bonus given our market spread)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working with Teamtailor, HiBob, test assessment tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, RefApp or G-Suite</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-def56ae4-7fff-ce13-2a4a-caecfaf0da8c">✨ Nice to have (but not required)</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Experience recruiting across a broad range of markets, functions and seniority levels — in tech, product, commercial, operations</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with structured interviewing and psychometric assessment tools</span></p></li><li><p><span>A genuine interest in employer branding and candidate experience</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-def56ae4-7fff-ce13-2a4a-caecfaf0da8c">💡 Desired personality traits</strong></span></p><p><span>Regardless of background, it will always be the person that matters.
