Responsibilities

• Saab, AB is searching for an internal Saab employee/Expat to join the Training & Simulation Team in Huskvarna, Sweden. The vision for this role is to support both the Program Management and Marketing & Sales teams of the Training & Simulation Business Unit as part of a rotational assignment for a period of 12 months up to 24 months.
• The right individual will apply demonstrated knowledge of program/project management principles and concepts to resolve a variety of issues. The ideal candidate has significant organizational leadership experience and strong communication skills. To be successful in this role a candidate must demonstrate expertise across program management, process improvement, new business capture and organization development. This role reports to the Head of Programs, Training & Simulations.
• Responsibilities Include:
• Project management by coordinating with programs and customer service, both internal and external.
• Set clear expectations and establish performance targets for the team and deliver on those objectives.
• Develop training market growth plans with Marketing & Sales team.
• Effectively manage the financial performance of the assigned projects.
• Effectively develop and manage relationships and cooperation with industry partners and customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Interface with Contracts, Finance, CM, QA, RMS, and purchasing organizations within BU Training & Simulation.
