We are now looking for two HR Specialists, Finnish Speakers to join our teams at UPM Global HR Service Center located in Kraków, Poland.

Responsibilities
- In HR Service Center we work in multiple teams with slightly different areas of responsibility. You will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring that the information in the Workday system is correct and up-to-date.
- In the Join team, we help the recruiting manager plan the recruitment stages, publish job advertisements in agreed channels, regularly contact applicants at different stages of recruitment and perform tasks related to hiring. We support the Summer Recruitment project, as member of recruitment project team you will:
- Handle applications and applicants' inquiries, schedule interviews and ensure great employee and candidate experience by mainta
