Responsibilities
- Perform bookkeeping for Sioux Singapore and Sioux Vietnam, including recording revenue and costs, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing entries
- Track and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Process and monitor payments for the Singapore entity
- Liaise with banks on account opening and other related banking transactions
- Prepare and file tax declarations, including withholding tax (WHT), VAT, and corporate income tax (CIT)
Requirements
- Work with external auditors and support audit requirements
- Support data migration and system transition to new accounting software
- Support ad-hoc finance tasks and contribute to improving financial processes and systems
- Potentially take over the full accounting scope for Sioux Vietnam in the future
