We are looking for an experienced Nuclear Safety Engineer to join our engineering team focused on safety aspects in the design and development process of the LDR-50 reactor. In this role, you will perform deterministic safety analyses across different operational conditions and possibilities to ensure safe and reliable plant performance in line with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will apply a high level of analytical proficiency to interpret plant behavior, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on testing and experimental programs, and contribute to licensing activities through safety documentation and regulatory support.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Deterministic Safety Analyses, including normal operation, anticipated operational occurrences (AOOs), and accident conditions.
  • Develop and maintain safety case in line with national and international regulatory frameworks.
  • Apply and interpret thermal-hydraulic, neutronic, and system-level codes to evaluate plant behavior under various scenarios.
