What You’ll Do as a EUC Patch Management Specialist In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:   Responsible for the management of security risk across the Digital infrastructure, End User environment including Windows OS, cloud based VDI, Partner with Cyber Security teams to identify strategic direction to secure all on-premises and cloud based Digital Workplace services Responsible for service delivery, including management and oversight of key security initiatives and vulnerability management activities, development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to measure performance data, SLA attainment and promised and expected service delivery Responsible for strategic projects and programmes within EUC and Digital Workplace environments focusing on reducing security risk and ensuring strict compliance to security SLA’s and KPI’s Provides strategic and technical direction to service and project teams.

What You’ll Bring   Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular: Strong operational experience in the deployment and management of security toolsets, preferably within a retail environment Strong operational experience in End User Compute and digital user services such as M365, AVD/VDI and Windows OS environments Strong technical knowledge of Anti-Virus products and services including, but not limited to, Microsoft Windows Defender, Trellix, InTune, Qualys Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, including the ability to explain complex issues to senior stakeholders succinctly Solid service improvement experience including the design and management of KPI / SLAs.
