If you want to help small businesses thrive, then read on.</p><p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><p>We are looking for a CRM Manager to take ownership of Holvi’s CRM as a lifecycle engine, supporting customer activation, product adoption, retention and monetisation.</p><p>This is a hands-on role with high ownership, where you will help shape how Holvi communicates with customers across the lifecycle.</p><p><strong>A typical day could see you:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Own and continuously develop HubSpot as Holvi’s core CRM platform, ensuring scalable, reliable lifecycle automations</p></li><li><p>Plan and execute behaviour-triggered CRM campaigns and lifecycle flows in HubSpot</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging strategy and consistency across channels</p></li><li><p>Work with Product and Engineering to define required events, properties and technical feasibility</p></li><li><p>Monitor and analyse CRM performance and use insights to optimise lifecycle effectiveness</p></li><li><p>Support product launches, service communications and key customer initiatives from a CRM perspective</p></li></ul><p><strong>This is for you if you:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Have 2+ years experience working in CRM, lifecycle marketing or a similar role</p></li><li><p>Have deep practical experience with HubSpot (workflows, lists, properties, automation logic, reporting)</p></li><li><p>Are fluent in German or Finnish and English, written and spoken</p></li><li><p>Have the ability to work with data, segmentation and automation logic</p></li><li><p>Bring strong organisational skills and attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Are comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering and Support</p></li></ul><p><strong>It's a plus if you:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Have experience working in a fast-paced growth company or scale-up in fintech, banking or B2B SaaS</p></li><li><p>Experience working with behavioural or event-based data</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with tools such as Segment, analytics platforms or data warehouses</p></li></ul><p><strong>You'll get:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Flexible working hours and a hybrid work setting.
