About the Role As a Merchant Operations Associate, you’ll help improve the day-to-day experience for our merchant partners. Your main focus will be keeping menus accurate and up to date, and supporting merchants with any issues related to equipment or content. You’ll work closely with internal teams to solve problems quickly and make sure everything runs smoothly on the platform. You’ll also help spot recurring issues and suggest simple improvements. This role is well suited for someone with 2+ years of support or contact centre experience who is comfortable responding fast, handling large data sets, operational complexity, spotting patterns, and driving improvements across workflows. What you’ll be doing Create, update, and maintain menus for merchant partners Ensure menu content is accurate and meets quality standards Support and troubleshoot issues related to equipment and tools Guide merchants on how to use self-service tools Work with internal teams to solve issues and improve processes Help identify recurring problems and suggest improvements Our humble expectations 2+ years of experience in support, operations, or similar roles Strong attention to detail and structured way of working Comfortable using different systems and tools Good problem-solving skills Clear communication skills, both written and spoken Fluent in Danish and English Nice to haves: Experience with CRM or ticketing tools Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills Background in food, hospitality, or marketplaces Additional languages (e.g. Arabic, Turkish, Persian)
