You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a critical role in shaping our future success. <span>Reporting directly to the Manager of Business Development, the successful candidate will focus on expanding our new business pipeline through targeted outreach.</span></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Qualify and generate new sales meetings within assigned territories or account segments.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a steady flow of qualified pipeline and support prospects through the sales process.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Utilize tools and resources to accurately map accounts, identify key pain points, and engage relevant internal stakeholders for opportunities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Employ a multi-channel outreach approach, combining methods such as email, phone, social media, and on occasion in person events.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Adopt a methodical and patient outreach strategy, fostering personalized engagement based on insights gathered about each account.</span></p></li></ul><div><p></p></div><p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Analytical, disciplined problem solver able to identify client needs and navigate complex organisations to drive meaningful outcomes</p></li><li><p>Early‑career profile (0–2 years) with experience in sales or business development; SaaS experience a plus but not required</p></li><li><p>Self‑motivated and highly organised, with the ability to plan, prioritise and execute independently</p></li><li><p>Fast learner who responds well to coaching, with strong communication, decision‑making and creative problem‑solving skills</p></li><li><p>Team‑oriented growth mindset, with experience using CRM and prospecting tools (e.g. Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and a strong desire to develop professionally</p></li><li><p><span><strong>Native Norwegian speaker</strong>, and proficiency in more than one of the other Nordic language is a huge benefit!</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong><em>*Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Norway.
