Receptionist, Northern Lights Ranch, Winter season 2026-2027

We are looking for RECEPTIONISTS for Northern Lights Ranch, in Lapland, Finland.

Northern Lights Ranch is a unique boutique hotel situated in Finnish Lapland nearly 200 km North of Arctic Circle. As the name already suggests, Northern Lights Ranch is located at an idea l location for being able to see the Northern Lights. However, it is still close to the diverse range of other services and Arctic activities that travelers seek for as the distance to the ski resort of Levi is just 15 km and 30 km to Kittilä airport.

Northern Lights Ranch's international clientele consists primarily of individual leisure travelers as well as a variety of groups looking for once-in-a-lifetime experiences in an Arctic setting accompanied by top quality accommodation, restaurant and activity services. The guest accommodation at Northern Lights Ranch consists of 28 log cabins with huge windows and glass ceilings, with views of the surrounding nature and the northern sky. The cabins have Scandinavian design with great attention to detail to provide a truly unforgettable stay.

In addition to the unique form of accommodation, the high-quality, atmospheric restaurant also serves as a venue for many private events, including weddings and group dinners in the winter season. The ingredients for the menus and products are locally sourced and we take a lot of pride in preparing everything from scratch to finish by ourselves.

As a receptionist, your responsibilities include all reception duties such as check-in/check-out, reservations and coordination, invoicing, collaboration between departments, and diverse customer service in an international work environment.

The job starts in November 2026 and lasts until the end of the spring season 2027 (approximately until March-April).
