We are looking for an HRIS Specialist to join GlobalConnect’s People Center of Excellence. In this role, you will help strengthen how we manage, improve, and support key HR systems, with SAP SuccessFactors as the main platform. You will work closely with HR, managers, and IT, and play an important role in making our HR application landscape more effective, reliable, and easier to work with.
What you need to succeed
Several years of hands-on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors HR modules in a superuser, specialist, or consultant capacity
Experience with light system configuration, permissions, data updates, testing, and ongoing system improvements
Good understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle and how they are supported in HR systems
Experience identifying improvements, supporting updates and releases, and helping the business get more value from existing systems
Confidence working closely with HR, managers, and IT to solve issues and move changes forward
About the role and the team
You will join our HR Center of Excellence and report to Søren Kollenberg, Senior Director, People Center of Excellence. You will also work closely with another HRIS Specialist in Sweden and collaborate with colleagues across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Germany.
This is a role with both operational depth and long-term impact. Our HR application landscape is becoming more complex, and we want to strengthen internal ownership of key processes and systems. You will be part of that journey by improving how we manage our current setup, supporting critical HR processes, and contributing to future system changes where needed.
