We are looking for three Ukrainian-speaking Customer Success Specialists to join our Customer Service team!
Our Customer Success Specialists are everyday heroes who make our customers' lives easier! In this role, you'll work with Elisa's customers primarily over the phone, identifying their problems and needs and aiming to find the best possible solution for each customer. You listen, ask the right questions, and recommend products and services that fit the customer's situation so their day-to-day runs smoothly and effortlessly. At the same time, you ensure every customer has a positive and meaningful service experience.
We're looking for teammates who can support our Ukrainian-speaking customers. You should be comfortable communicating in Ukrainian and English (Russian is a plus) and have at least a basic level of Finnish, so you can handle everyday discussions with your manager and colleagues in Finnish.
We offer a fixed-term contract from 4 May 2026 to 30 April 2027. The role is primarily full-time, and working hours are usually between 9:00 and 18:00.
In addition to a competitive salary (2 450 €/month), you'll have the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus for delivering an excellent customer experience.
To succeed in this position, we expect:
The ability to work in Elisa's customer frontline serving customers via phone and other channels.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Fluency in Ukrainian and English, and preferably also in Russian.
At least the basics of Finnish, so you can discuss everyday matters with your manager and colleagues in Finnish.
Ability to work from our HQ in Helsinki, Pasila.
