With our product, companies manage their entire business from project management and resourcing to invoicing. We are now looking for an ambitious and technically-minded Partner Sales Specialist to accelerate Severa's growth and help us become a market leader also in Sweden by winning and developing successful resellers.

As a Partner Sales Specialist, your mission is to ensure our partners understand this value and can communicate it to their customers. In every expert company, it is possible to streamline processes using modern tools, and your job is to empower our partner network to lead this change.
In this role, your main focus is to identify, win, and develop new partners into successful Severa resellers. You will manage the entire partner sales process: from initial prospecting to managing your own partner portfolio. You won't just be signing papers; you will be a hands-on mentor supporting partners with lead generation, qualifying opportunities, joining customer meetings, and performing high-quality demos. You are the bridge that transfers competence from the Severa team to our partners, answering both commercial and technical questions to ensure their success.
What do we expect from you?
We are looking for a technically-oriented salesperson. You understand that success in partner sales comes from building long-term trust and providing top-tier support throughout the sales cycle. Knowledge of project management, consultation, or service-based businesses is a significant advantage.
