About the Role
You’ll join the Health Partnerships team within a newly formed Partnerships & Controls function, supporting how Cigna Healthcare works with key external partners. This role exists to strengthen governance, transparency, and insight across partnerships, helping the organization manage risk and create value in a dynamic, international environment where priorities may evolve.
What You’ll Do
Help apply and embed a consistent partnership governance framework across the organization, supporting adherence to agreed standards and controls
Analyse partner performance trends to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas, providing clear insights to support decision‑making
Coordinate governance reviews, forums, and follow‑ups with internal teams and external partners to ensure actions are tracked through to completion
Work closely with regional and functional teams to support the application of global partnership standards at a local level
Support the implementation of partnership operating models, contributing to process improvement and automation initiatives
Maintain oversight of partnership activities, ensuring issues are surfaced early and managed appropriately in a fast‑moving environment
What You’ll Bring
A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience working within healthcare operations, insurance administration, provider relations, or partnership operations
A solid understanding of how healthcare providers, insurers, or third‑party administrators operate together
Experience working across multicultural or international environments
The ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time and follow work through to resolution
Clear and structured communication skills, with the confidence to work across different stakeholder groups
