As part of the Global Software Solutions team, your overarching goal is to ensure that software‑based EV charging solutions can be successfully designed, integrated, and operated in real‑world customer environments. You will help bridge customer requirements and technical implementation, ensuring that solutions meet technical expectations, comply with relevant standards, and are delivered reliably as promised.</span></p></div><div><p><span>Your main responsibilities will include tasks such as:</span></p></div><ul><li><p><span>Being a part of customer delivery (SW) projects and managing the software solution up to the final release, and ensuring that our solutions meet customer expectations technically and are provided as promised</span></p></li><li><p><span>Acting as a single point of contact (SPOC) toward current and potential customers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Managing hardware and software charging solution integrations with customers’ platforms</span></p></li><li><p><span>Representing the company as a technical consultant, participating in sales meetings and exhibitions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Defining charging solution proposals for Sales Team including product selections.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Visiting, informing, training, and advising colleagues and/or customers and/or third parties.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maximizing the amount and quality of information available.</span></p></li></ul><div><p><span>At Kempower we work hybrid. Your closest colleagues in Global Software Solutions Team work mostly in Southern Finland. </span>This role offers flexibility to be based anywhere in Europe with hybrid or remote working options, and occasional travelling is also possible.
