As a Global Pricing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking value for patients, customers and the business, working at the centre of a highly collaborative, purpose driven global organisation. What will you be doing?
In this role, you will lead global and segment specific pricing strategies that balance value creation, competitiveness and sustainable growth. Working closely with segment leaders, regional teams and local markets, you will guide pricing decisions across the full product lifecycle, from new product launches through to end of life. You will translate complex market intelligence and analytics into clear, actionable recommendations, ensuring pricing strategies are well governed, consistently applied and effectively adopted across regions. Alongside this, you will track pricing performance, continuously refining approaches to maximise revenue, margin and customer value while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to strengthen decision making.
What will you need to be successful?
Success in this role comes from curiosity, breadth of thinking and the confidence to influence at scale. You will bring depth in either data or strategy, with the appetite and capability to operate across both, and the ambition to grow your impact across markets and senior stakeholders.
A strong background in pricing strategy, revenue management or commercial strategy within a complex B2B or regulated industry, ideally healthcare or medical devices
The ability to turn data, financial models and market insights into clear, confident pricing recommendations
Proven capability to engage with and influence senior leaders, building trust, shaping decisions and developing the confidence and credibility to challenge constructively.
