About this role

Responsibilities

• As a Site Manager, you will have a key role in delivering technical service to our customers, taking overall responsibility for on-site activities during installation and commissioning phases.
• Your main tasks will include:
• Leading and coordinating on-site work at customer facilities
• Managing commissioning activities, including start-up and fine-tuning of processing units such as pasteurizers, CIP plants, etc.
• Acting as the main point of contact between the customer, suppliers, and internal teams
• Supervising subcontractors and ensuring work is performed according to plan, quality, and safety standards
• Handling documentation, reporting, and progress follow-ups
• The position is based from your home anywhere in the world and will include up to 200 travelling days per year.

• You have:
• A technical education, preferably within automation, process, or mechanical engineering
• Solid experience from commissioning and/or site management
• A systematic approach and strong documentation skills
• The ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Hands-on experience and a willingness to be involved in practical work when needed
• General processing knowledge is considered an advantage.
• Your English is fluent, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a strong plus.
