About this role

As a Business Implementation Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding of Alternative Investment Funds and corporate structures, working closely with your line manager to ensure a seamless transition to our operational teams. Your key responsibilities will include: Prepare and coordinate fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds investing in alternative asset classes (real estate, private equity, debt, and infrastructure) and corporate structures; Conduct AML/KYC analysis and drive our internal compliance approval process to ensure regulatory adherence; Coordinate bank account opening, prepare service agreements, and manage the review of legal documents required for structure setup; Actively manage communication between clients and all stakeholders, including attending weekly calls and tracking progress throughout the onboarding phase; Perform all Luxembourg regulatory filings during the onboarding phase and ensure timely handover to operational teams. University degree in Law or a related discipline; Proven experience in the alternative investment fund industry or Luxembourg corporate structures; Strong legal and business acumen with excellent problem-solving abilities; Proficiency in MS Office and demonstrated organisational and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders; Excellent interpersonal skills, fluent English (additional languages are an asset), and a collaborative, client-oriented approach.
