About our function

As Global Supply Chain Excellence Manager, you will play a key role in developing and improving FläktGroup’s global supply chain performance. You will work across our international network of factories and sales units, driving improvements in delivery performance, planning, transport execution, and overall supply chain efficiency.

In this role, you act as a central contributor in strengthening performance management, resolving complex issues, and continuously developing our ways of working. You will collaborate cross-functionally and lead initiatives that create tangible business impact across the end-to-end supply chain.
