Production Supervisor
Inkron develops advanced optical materials used in AR/VR and display waveguide manufacturing. In this role, you will contribute to next‑generation materials for nanoimprinting, waveguides, coatings, and adhesive applications—work with real technological impact.
At Inkron, you will join a highly skilled and experienced team with decades of know‑how in optical materials. Your work will directly influence the development of cutting‑edge technologies for leading global AR/VR and display companies.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the daily operations of a ten-person team in the production of optical materials. Daily tasks include resource scheduling along with preparing and reviewing work instructions for the team. We are committed to the superior quality of our products, and you will collaborate closely with the quality department to uphold our standards.
Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of production operations and participate in scale-up projects for raw materials and products. As required, you will provide support to the R&D department in transferring materials into production.
What We Expect
BSc or MSc in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or similar
Minimum of two years of experience in a laboratory or chemistry-related field
Results-driven with a practical, hands-on approach
Adept at organizing shifting priorities and diverse tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Maintains a solution-oriented approach to challenges
Collaborative professional committed to fostering a supportive team environment
Fluent English and good communication skills
