Along the way, we have continued to invest in new verticals, establishing papernest as a high-performing, innovative, and competitive scale-up in a fast-growing market.</span></p><p><span>With over 900 employees, we are strengthening our position as a European market leader. </span></p><p>As a Growth Marketing Analyst, you will join our <strong>Marketing Team </strong>from <strong>July </strong>for a <strong>6</strong>-month internship.</p><p></p><h3><strong>Your responsibilities : </strong></h3><p><span>You will be responsible for improving the ranking of our pages to drive organic traffic towards Papernest's French websites by leveraging the following strategies:</span></p><ul><li><p><span><strong>Digital Project Management : </strong>Manage the optimisation of our platforms in collaboration with our project managers, copy writers, developers, and designers ;</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><strong>Outreach &amp; Relationship Building:</strong> Design and execute personalised outreach campaigns to journalists, bloggers and content creators to maximise media coverage and backlinks</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><strong>Digital PR: </strong>Driving brand growth through data-driven PR by creating own studies and securing coverage in top-tier media outlets to boost online visibility ;</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><strong>Web Analytics : </strong>Monitor and analyse the performance of various campaigns, leveraging insights for continuous improvement ;</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><strong>Media &amp; Influencer Research:</strong> Build and maintain high-quality media and publisher databases using scraping and enrichment tools to support PR and link-building campaigns</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><strong>SEO &amp; PR Experimentation:</strong> Test innovative SEO and Digital PR initiatives to improve visibility and organic growth.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><strong>R&amp;D:</strong> Explore new tools, technologies and methodologies in SEO and Digital PR to identify scalable growth opportunities.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Content Marketing :</strong> Create optimised content (articles, surveys, videos, guides, tools, etc.) to foster interaction with other websites, including press platforms.</span><br></p></li></ul><h3><strong>Your profile : </strong></h3><ul><li><p><span>You are a student or you have just finished your studies in business or marketing and you are looking for a 6 months paid internship</span></p></li><li><p><span>Your are autonomous, fast-learner, enthusiastic, team-player, and willing to test new things ;</span></p></li><li><p><span>You have an strong interest in the Digital Marketing &amp; PR field and/or a previous experience on this field ;</span></p></li><li><p><span>You have analytic skills (you master Excel or Google Sheets)</span></p></li><li><p><span>You speak English and Spanish or Italian fluent (French is a plus).</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h3><strong>What we offer :</strong></h3><p>Evolve in an international and inclusive environment: everyone has a place at papernest, and with more than 46 different nationalities, it's not uncommon here to start a sentence in English and finish it en français o en español ¡</p><p>💸 <strong>Compensation &amp; partnerships:</strong> your talent deserves to be rewarded!
