Are you a visionary process leader with a passion for architectural excellence in finance? Do you thrive on harmonizing complex global processes into seamless, automated, and high-performing workflows?

As our Global Process Owner (GPO) for Record-to-Report, you aren't just managing a process - you are the architect of its evolution. You will serve as the strategic guardian of Kalmar's RtR landscape, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the VP of Group Financial Control, you will lead the charge in transforming our financial operations into a next-generation, tech-forward function.

The position can be based at Kalmar HQ in Helsinki or alternatively at another Kalmar European site. We operate a hybrid work model, providing the flexibility to combine remote work with in-office engagement.
