Hiring: Account Manager
We’re looking for an
Account Manager
to join us at Telia in
Vilnius
. In this role, you will manage
existing
,
medium segment
business clients portfolio.The focus of the role is to take care of existing and future business clients’ needs as well as advise and help them choose the right IT and telecommunications solutions to grow their business. Client visitation, proactive communication and relationship building will be key for successful fulfillment of the role.
What you’ll do:
Build and foster long-term relationships to ensure both Telia’s and customers’ business targets are achieved.
Provide consistent client support and engagement (live visitations, email/phone inquiries).
Prepare commercial offers and manage negotiations to secure contracts.
Monitor the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with internal teams to effectively address customer requirements and ensure satisfaction.
What will help you thrive in this role:
The suitable candidate is a strategic, proactive and solution-oriented doer, focused on customer needs. Additionally, they have strong communication, collaboration and negotiation skills.
Prior experience in account management (and client visitations).
Genuine interest in the IT and telecommunications sectors.
College or university degree.
Fluency in both Lithuanian and English.
Valid Category B driver’s license.
