Bonito is looking for an experienced Head Chef who is actively involved in daily operations and isn't afraid to lead by example!
The restaurant is open five evenings a week and serves dinner only. Being present in the daily operations is essential.
As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for the kitchen and work closely with the Restaurant Manager. You have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
You are an important part of the team and inspire others while ensuring that operations run smoothly even in your absence.
