As our Product Manager for Mepco, you will take on a key role in steering the product's strategic direction, improving customer value, and ensuring the software continues to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

This is a truly impactful position where you will collaborate with other product managers, product owners, engineering, offshoring partners, and commercial teams to drive significant, meaningful improvements for customers and the business. You will help define what's next for Mepco-shaping capabilities, guiding priorities, and ensuring decisions are grounded in customer insight and data.

💡 Your key tasks and responsibilities include:

Leading Mepco's product strategy, and business prioritization for your own responsibility area

Leading UI/UX improvements together with product team

Translating customer and market insights into product decisions that improve the daily work of payroll professionals

Managing and coordinating dependencies across multiple product areas

Collaborating with product owners, engineering management, Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales, and other key internal stakeholders

Engaging with accounting firms and enterprise customers at both operational and strategic levels

Acting as a bridge-builder across teams and cultures, ensuring alignment and effective communication

Contributing to AI-enhanced product strategy together with our AI team

Taking responsibility for product lifecycle decisions in a complex multi-stakeholder
