Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers, taking ownership after handover from the New Business team
Drive renewals and long-term customer retention, with a focus on sustainable growth
Build and execute clear account plans aligned with customer goals and business outcomes
Identify expansion opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
Work closely with Customer Success to ensure strong product adoption and engagement
Partner with Renewals teams to manage contracts and pricing discussions
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Use customer data and insights to inform renewal and growth strategies
Proactively manage risks and address competitive threats throughout the customer lifecycle
Requirements
Are you an experienced Account Manager with a passion for building long-term customer relationships in SaaS?

Proven experience in Account Management within SaaS or a similar industry with a strong track record in renewals, retention, and growth
Ability to work independently and take ownership of your customer portfolio
Strong strategic thinking and a structured approach to account planning
