Responsibilities

• As Team Lead Supply Chain Planning (all genders), you will take full ownership of international supply planning and purchasing for ingredients delivered via 3rd-party hubs to our European and UK markets across all temperature zones. In this role, you will drive both strategic and operational decisions, ensuring cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and optimal stock availability. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, proactively shaping the supply chain strategy and aligning it with business goals to enable HelloFresh to deliver outstanding service.

• What you’ll do
• Own end-to-end international supply planning, combining strategic oversight with hands-on operational execution to balance supply and demand across markets.
• Lead and develop a high-performing supply planning team, fostering growth, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Act as the key interface between business demand and logistics partners, translating strategy into actionable plans while ensuring alignment on cost, service, and capacity.
• Drive proactive risk management, anticipating potential disruptions and implementing solutions to secure reliable inventory availability.
• Ensure strong data and planning discipline, maintaining accurate forecasts, tools, and reporting to support informed strategic and operational decisions.
• Optimize supplier and 3PW partner performance, leveraging metrics, problem-solving, and operational coordination to improve efficiency and service levels.
• Support category spend management, contributing to cost-saving initiatives and operational improvements across the supply chain.
• What you’ll bring
• Extensive experience in supply chain management, including international planning, logistics, and multi-market coordination.
• Strong expertise in supply planning and Procure-to-Pay processes, including forecasting, demand alignment, and execution tracking.
• Experience leading and developing teams, fostering engagement, accountability, and high performance.
• Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives, translating them into actionable plans and measurable results.
• Strong experience working with external logistics partners, including performance management and practical problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, able to manage complex operational and strategic tasks across teams and markets.
