Role

Urban Partners is a unique and dedicated company and a place where people truly work together as a team, valuing each other's differences and the importance of each team member. In this role you will be part of our Swedish fund controlling team working with many aspects of controlling, including cost, business and financial controlling. Tasks include budgeting, forecasting, local GAAP and IFRS accounting, reporting, tax declaration, audit documentation and liquidity management. You will be part of the controlling team for a portfolio of Swedish real estate investments and work closely with the Investment Managers and Asset Managers.

You will directly report to Jesper Widfeldt who is part Nordic Strategies Fund VI controlling team.

Key responsibilitiesControlling of a portfolio of Swedish real estate investments (standing assets, development projects, joint ventures etc.) including liquidity management, covenant reporting, cost controlling, regulatory filings (CIT, VAT, Annual accounts), support on legal documentation and depositary coordination for new investments, audit support etc.

Financial controlling of quarterly and annual reporting according to relevant GAAPs

Responding to ad hoc reporting requests and continual communication with the Investment and Asset Managers

Support a culture of continuous improvement to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and service scope of the Fund Finance team

Your experience and skills

As an ideal candidate, you have a relevant Master's or Bachelor's degree and subst
