As part of that change, we are now looking for a
ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT
to join Finnair's Digital Transformation & Architecture team.
In this role, you translate Finnair's business and digital strategy into clear enterprise architecture across business capabilities, processes, information, applications, and technology.
You work closely with business leaders, product/solution teams, strategy, and finance to define future-state architectures, identify key gaps, and shape transformation roadmaps that drive real business value.
Responsibilities
- As an Enterprise Architect, you will:
- Translate business strategy and operating model changes into enterprise architecture direction and target states.
- Define and maintain business capabilities, value streams, and architecture models for assigned domains.
- Perform end-to-end gap analysis across business, data, application, technology, and skills layers.
- Support strategic planning, investment prioritization, and business case
