About this role

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in strengthening how global HR data is structured, maintained, and used by building consistent reporting foundations, improving data quality, and enabling more efficient digital solutions across the organization.
• Develop, improve and maintain a reliable reporting structure in Workday, ensuring data is aligned across markets and use cases and support clear, accurate, and business-relevant reporting.
• Create practical solutions for data validation, transformation, and large-scale updates, using automation and scripting to improve quality, reduce manual work, and resolve inconsistencies faster.
• Drive global data harmonization by identifying gaps in market data, improving mapping standards, and helping establish one consistent way of working across regions.
• Support the development of future-focused workflows, integrations, and AI-enabled solutions that improve operational efficiency and strengthen the digital HR experience.
